Thanks for getting this budget started. What stands out to me how close some of
your estimates came in to our actual numbers. I will buy whatever lotto numbers
you tell me to!
We need to decide on the structure of our banquet. I would assume we would have
an in person or hybrid banquet. Unless John wants to underwrite the entire
event upfront, I would suggest we build the budget off of prior years similar
to what we did the Handlery Hotel. I have no interest in very expensive venues
that leave us losing money.
I will be curious to hear what the others think are reasonable estimates for
the other maintenance. We should also include the cost of rebuilding some sort
of barbecue.
As TARO ages I’d bump its budget to $1000.
