Thanks for the support and feedback everyone. Attached please find the revised
budget. If you agree with my assessment on TDS expenses (I opted for ~ 75% of
grading expenses and a bit more than double for roofing) then I believe the
next step is for someone to make a motion to accept and it's put to a vote?
I also added a few subtotals at the bottom to clarify some questions that came
up last night.
I'm also remembering that, at a recent visit to TDS someone mentioned that a
new member is a licensed electrician (in fact, I believe we may have two
members who are) and they were willing to help us with some work. If someone
remembers her name, I could reach out to her regarding the roof. I realize
coordinating multiple professionals might not work, but it doesn't hurt to ask,
