Hi Gene, thanks for doing this! A few things if you don't mind:
- Pad leases - should we include 'will be releasing pads for those who
haven't met their usage'? If I was on the waiting list I'd be grumpy that
we noted the lack of usage but didn't indicate we'd be taking any action
- Merch - did I zone out? I heard that we were having a merch clearance but
not that we were selling images (until maybe after the banquet?)
- The women's toilet seems to be fixed
- Fence post erosion - will look into temporary measures to slow runoff
- Is the Downing donation public yet? I thought it wasn't
- On the private pad over-development issue. I might re-word it to 'there
is nothing that violates current pad rules' to convey that we have no
standing to act at the moment, not that we approve of it
