You’ll notice I have set up two folders - one for the meeting on the 9th and
one a meeting on the 11th. Tomorrow night's meeting covers some big ticket
items that we’ll discuss up front - the site grading project and the warming
room refurbishment. After that discussion we’ll move on to the budget review.
I’m inviting Ed and Brian to the meeting on the 9th , both from a history
perspective and because Ed has graciously stepped up to become the primary
contact for both projects.
