Good evening everyone - 

Last year at this time we were watching the rain flood our local streets and 
thinking masks were worn only at Halloween parties and bank robberies.    Could 
this year get much different?  

Please have your reports to me by Sunday the 6th for our business meeting on 
the 8th.
