I’m still trying to get that out of him. I’ve asked him to submit a detailed
set of plans on the modifications needed for the floor, how he intends to
anchor this to the ground.

I was in Costco on Friday and saw a completed 7.5x7.5 new building for sale.
It occured to me that it would make a good observatory. It is more secure
than the arrow shed. Could you and the board members please take a look at
