Scouts next week _ 11/27

Next Tuesday is the last day to complete merits before our Court-of-Honor on 
12/4 and we will devote the entire meeting for those who want to complete rank 
advancements.

I have attached the advancement matrix for the beginning ranks, please have 
your scout review his needed requirements that he would like to pass off.
