Detach the mast cars from the sail. Remove the battens. Attach

sheet tension. No you have a screecher sail that we are familiar

handling.
The standard jib will become the main sail. I would pull the clew

sail shape improvement. The tack of the new main will be placed
upwind.

Here's a challenge: did you know it is possible to sail a SW1000
to
windward, BACKWARDS? (Not 45deg, but certainly less than 90deg to
the wind).
You can spend this year trying... and I'll reveal the secret next
year unless someone posts first. :-)
