Rusty here. we have many pictures of our recent Bahama trip, many of them

By the way Mike misled you I think... my wife's name is Linda.
We are prepping for a November or March repeat of last years trek. Leaving
depends on work needs (of course).
"Sea Yawl Later !!" has undergone several upgrades since we purchased her
last October. Last year we replaced all the polycarbonalte windows, added a
watermaker, replaced the canvas and stack pack, designed a bow tacked headsil
and had it made by Neil at Barracuta Sails in NSW, Put 16k BTU's of AC onboard
vented to all living spaces, installed a 2000 watt inverter / charger,
installed a Maxwell 800 windlass, and changed all the ground tackle (went with
a Sampson Supreme anchor) with new chain & 8 plat rode. We removed all the
factory striping / lettering and designed our own logo. I made a new bow
ladder and fitted it with a clip on tray that holds drinks and a food plate. I
changed the bimini arrangement quite a bit and really like the look and
functionality of the new piece.
This year our list is not so long... It will realy be freshening of our
existing gear rather than adding systems. I bought a new Achilles dinghy and
9.8 Tohatsu electric start outboard, a new Honda 2000 generator, I'll install
power thrusters on the outboards, I ordered a new standard jib from Neil, a new
wheel autopilot, new wind instrument, and will do several other maintenance
items. I have the rudder seal (rubber) extensions that elevate our seals, but
I still get water in the aft hulls in big seas. I need to look into that. The
sullage tank had some pinholes (mine is under the berth) We really enjoyed the
Georgetown Cruiser net and it's "in season" population so this year we are
bringing an outdoor movie projector to show movies on our sail for a "movie
night". I have a nice big sound system so that will be fun.
The boats original name was "Isle Cat". She was purchased in California,
sailed thru the Panama Canal, carribean, bahamas and up the east coast. We
bought her in Georgia. My sail number is 1037.
