Ken,
I want to second Steve on his suggestions to you. It has been absolutely
wonderful having Steve assisting us with installation method and perfectly
fit windows for us. The completed project is excellent. Thanks Steve!!!!
Make sure you measure out the window sizes just to re-confirm everything.
The windows are not symmetrical.

Ken, Im not sure what year your boat is, but mine is a 2001 hull #93 and my
windshields are ¼ lexan. I have replaced mine twice ones with a
polycarbonate product with a protective coating that failed in about a year.
I then replaced with GE Lexan MR10 three years ago and they are doing great.
I have also made replacements for three other Seawinds two are already
installed (Island Time and Sol Surfin) and Mañana is getting ready to
install his. I buy the Lexan and then cut the shapes out on our cnc router.
Let me know if I can help
Steve

Hi Ken,
Glad you got the engine deal sorted out. I have copied the owners list
server on your other questions, as I know of a couple of owners have dealt
with both issues. Have also copied Steve Ellsworth who I know can answer the
window question, as he has replaced all of his.
Regards, Kurt

Kurt,
Thanks for your help on the motors. We put the (P) power tilt ones in and
things seem OK. A few adjustments remain.
New questions: Is 5/16 BBB the correct US chain to use with the Muir
windlass? Is 13mm lexan what is in the windscreens and what do you replace
it with. My yard says that 1/2" is closest and would require heat bending.
thanks, Ken
