Supports other business lines with sales and marketing = expertise PRODUCT AND MARKET DEVELOPMENT: 1. Leads strategic cho= ices and launches new products at country/regional level 2. Coordinates= with the Manager of the Technical Center Kuala Lumpur that the product/ser= vice requirements are sufficiently clear and suitable for presentation to t= he Clients 3. Develops and maintains project estimating database to ens= ure consistencyin estimations and in developing a history of estimating da= ta for future projects 4. Contributes to reengineering of production/sa= les processes 5. Maintains close relationship with Technical Center in = Kuala Lumpur regarding new products and services MANAGEMENT AND CO-O= RDINATION: 1. Manages the team of the country in terms of commercial dev= elopment, management of Company services, including Human Resources Managem= ent and quality of service. 2. Follows up the financial processes of th= e activity. 3. Makes people contribute to knowledge management and best= practices sharing CO-ORDINATION: 1. Coordinates with operational= , commercial and technical departments of the Company Network that adequate= resources are available MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES= : 1. Manages the division in terms of Human Resources development 2= . Creates a team spirit and 'can-do' attitude. 3.
