Great, thank you John! I will bring drinks, I can pick up condiments, if
you have not already?
If you have plates and cutlery etc, please bring those, I don't have the
quantity that I thought I had.

I've got the portable grill and can take care of the burgers. I also have
plates and cutlery and paper towels. I'll have to re-up on condiments

I think that is a great idea Paul! I should be able to make the proposed
Saturday, with a scope. Thanks for being available to the media, appreciate
your time to help gain exposure.
With regards to the pre-meeting BBQ: I think a good division would be:
1: BBQ and cooking implements
2: burgers, dogs, and condiments
3: sides and/or desserts (hope to get some member potluck involvement
here!)
4: drinks and plates/silverware
Paul, I think you brought a portable grill in the past? Maybe you are a
natural for #1? I have the SAS drink cooler, and eating implements, I
propose I take #4, unless there are objections? Volunteers for the other
items?

I will meet with Nathan (KREM) tomorrow out at my place. I will set up
Blue Shift and if John can make it out maybe he can bring something to help
me get it collimated.
We need to plan a sidewalk astronomy event for the following week. I
propose Franklin Park south side, as the usual gathering p,Ace just for
kick starting this again. And Saturday an hour before sunset, just
because—weather cooperating.
