I will plan on being there early to help set up and will bring my telescope for
solar viewing. For the record, I did have mine out there last year too for most
of the day, :).

I will be meeting with Valleyfest organizers next Thursday to let them know if
we will be there or not for their event
Jenny and I will be at Gonzaga with the Boy Scouts.
Valleyfest organizers are wanting to know plus I need to have our submission in
by July 5th
for the Valleyfest publication.
I will delivery everything on Friday to the field, including the EZ-up. but
someone needs to be there in the morning to setup.
I will not get there until about 5pm.
