OK OK OK Enough of the bickering already.

1. Just because somebody email's the list doesn't mean you answer it.

2. If somebody says they can't make the meeting because of a launch, it
does not mean that the meeting is cancelled.

3. Check who emailed the list with the change. If it isn't a club officer,
they don't have the authority to cancel, change or do anything to the
meeting or any other club function without board approval. If the board
approves it, the board will send out the information.

4. IT ISN'T SPAM FOR SOMEONE TO HAVE A TAGLINE (SIGNATURE) TURNED ON IN
THEIR EMAIL. However, I would respectfully request that if you are using
tag lines or signatures, please turn them off before sending to the list.
If you can't do that, another option is to create another profile that
doesn't use a signature or tag line.

As a side note, the gentleman complaining about the tag lines has one turned
on himself it seems because the quote from "Lt. Col. Grant L. Rosensteel,
Jr. USAF" is as much a tag line as the other one.

Simply put, please be courteous to all users and limit your emails to the
list to club related business. Thanks to all for making the SARC the
growing and vibrant club it is today.

Avery Wright, KD4GBA
