[SAN] procedure membership payment and proof

Many people already registered as a SAN member, for which we would like to
thank them!
The procedure is such that we will send you a confirmation of membership
and proof of payment soon after we have got your payment.
Please note that especially the bank transfers can take a while. Thanks for
