Students living in the St. Michaels Road and Whiteford Road areas and the
Farrington Apartments are being held at school this afternoon because the area
was cordoned off by the Richland County Sheriff's Department. Parents of these
students were notified to pick their children up or have the district transport
them once the police have completed their investigation.
