100 Black Men of Greater Columbia Seeking Mentees for Fall Program


Richland One and the 100 Black Men of Greater Columbia, Inc. are
seeking middle and high school African-American males to mentor this
fall through the Saturday Leadership Academy. 

Young men selected for the program will receive life-skills training,
character enrichment and support in the areas of decision-making,
time-management, education, employment, etc. 

Fall 2011 orientations will be held September 8 and September 13 from
6:30-7:30 p.m. at the Heyward Career and Technology Center, 3560
Lynhaven Drive. 

The Academy will begin on Saturday, September 17.
