Hi everyone, here we are again preparing for the annual Pride parade.
It's on Saturday, July 22 with the parade itself starting at 1pm. Players
will be expected onsite at noon.
*Can you please let me know if you are able to play - the more the better!*
We also need flag wavers, dancers, instrument crew, and helpers:
- One helper will be asked to pull a little wagon with our water and
knapsacks etc.
- Another helper is needed to keep and eye on the band and lend a hand
when a strap breaks, or a shoelace comes untied, or a hat blows off, etc
- Others will be able to carry and wave our beautiful pennants and flags
- Last year we won an award - maybe we'll win again this year!?

We'll need to put together a transportation crew too - please indicate if
you can help load the cars at the church and return it at the end. I'll
contact you later with the plan once we have the helpers and tasks
identified.
As always we'll go out for a little party time afterwards, and that will be
the end of the samba season until September.
