[saint] Method to unsubscribe from the list.

Hi All,
We have been receiving requests from some ex-students of the school to help
them unsubscribe from the list.
I would like to inform all such persons that they can do so by just sending
a mail  to saint-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with "unsubscribe" in the Subject.
