Afternoon,
I have had an email from Vanessa, our new Education Officer,asking what the
group’s plans are for 2021. Not just us but all InterestGroups.
SO, I need your replies to me at my email, lhabberton2000@xxxxxxxxxxxx by
MONDAY NIGHT, so I can give you allfeedback on TUESDAY and then reply to
Vanessa and Ruth by FRIDAY.
It doesn’t look like we will be getting back to face-to-facemeetings BEFORE the
middle of 2021 and as some of you, on this list don’t likethe online meetings,
this is the problem.
1) I need topics for 2021 that can be done online.I know people don’t like
this way of presenting but if we want the group tocontinue, we have to use what
is available.
2) Do we want to continue with MONTHLY meetings orgo to BI-MONTHLY?
3) Does anyone want the co-ordinatorsposition? I’m happy to continue but
ifyou want to do it you have to say so BEFORE the February meeting, for a
smoothhandover.
4) Do any of you, not used to the technology, needa lesson from either
Vanessa or myself on how to connect etc.?
5) Any other suggestions of how to keep our groupgoing?
6) Will you come back to face-to-face meetings, ifwe are able to start them
up or have you replaced the WDG with something else?
