Hello all

When tidying up recently  - our main Covid activity, nowadays, it seems – I 
found this card (see attachment) which my husband had given me ages ago.

I wonder why he chose it?

He is also quite fond of writing little ditties, so when I opened it, I found 
the original dedication: 

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY
YOU OLD SCHITT”

To which he had added his own little bit: 

[YOU OLD SCHITT] ”en

With whom I’m still smitten, 

In spite of ………(censored)….,

You’ll forever remain my true kitten

And neér truer word has been written.”

 

Maybe he should join the Writing Discussion Group, too?
