[sacate] please someone help me

I did something to jaws but not sure what it is. I can be in yahoo and it will
read every message from the top of the chat window every time either I send
a message or someone sends one to me. How do I change this. I also found out
this morning that it happens on web pages and it will continue to read till I
have heard the same thing at least 3 times before it will stop reading.
