Hi Elisabeth,
As it turns out, I have a very busy day with various wedding plans. I don't
know if I will make it at all. I'm going to try, but I'll probably provide
my own transportation so that I have the flexibility to do what I need to
do. If Tom is coming, I'll send burgers with him. I'll be having a dress
fitting, so I could also send Mark down with them. I'll get there if I can.

Subject: [sacate] Preparing Picnic Plans
SACATE picnic will be Saturday June 18 at New Cumberland Borough Park.
We have pavillion number? from noon till dusk. Again, thank you Ray for
arranging pavillion and phoning invitations.
These are tentative plans. Those of you who have not already done so please
tell us what you will bring.
Some items are still on the wish list:
Hamburgers and buns, ketchup, relish, mustard, pasta salad, fruit in any
form, beans, veggie salad, deserts, munchies, chips, pretzels, water, other
edibles you may decide to bring.
Carmen will bake goodies
Does Londa or Vada decide what food to bring?
Dan and Dianna can you bring Jim? Not to eat of course.
Twiggy please let me know Shannon's plans!
Michael brings assortment of chilled beverages.
Marie will bring watergate salad and play songs on her keyboard.
Elisabeth brings non-edibles, i.e. plates, forks, spoons, knives, serving
spoons, cups, napkins, vinyl table cloth, wet wipes, paper towels, grill
apron. Also I bring enough Vegetarian Burgers for people to try those.
Ray and Elizabeth Goulet supply hot dogs and hot dog rolls. Please help me
set up non-edibles at tables. You may be called upon to assist with cooking
and food identification also.
Wes confirmed Betty will serve as grill master.
Mike and Theresa wil provide charcoal.
Who brings starter for out door grill and grill utensils?
Ray Bogardus prepares potato salad.
Tom and Tammy?
Dick Thompson and his wife were invited.
Bill was invited, hopes to come.
We hope Cathy and Harry Long can come.
Let's plan for fun and hope for pleasant weather.
