Tom,
Lori is planning to do a short presentation. She will advise the
format. Mitch Prause

Subject: [sac-forum] PowerPoint Format for July All Show-and-Tell
Meeting

Since we are going to be running through a number of presentations at
the show-and-tell meeting, let's try to all use the same PowerPoint
format to minimize down time. If you are using a post-2003 version of
PowerPoint, just Save as... PowerPoint 97-2003 presentation. The file
extension will be .ppt rather than the newer .pptx associated with the
more recent PowerPoint.

And no problem if you're showing something that requires using your own
laptop. Just let me know in advance, and I'll try to schedule it so we
have a minimum of switch-outs.

Finally, try to get those memory sticks to me at the beginning of the
meeting or during the break, rather than hoping it works just before
doing your presentation.

Thanks in advance to everybody who has stepped up.

Tom
