Here's the last word on placement of the port-a-potty. The hope is for someone to be there when they are delivered and can assist with where they are placed. There are 3 to be delivered but I'm not certain if it will be on Friday or Saturday. Regardless of when they are delivered the attached map, with black boxes, indicates where they should be placed. Basically they should all be on the north side of the east / west runway (the one that goes left to right). The eastern most is about 1/2 between end of runway and intersection with the north/south runway. The middle one is on the northwest corner of the runway intersection.
