[sac-forum] Phoenix Skies Tonight

I know it's a sky full of moon, but the NWS hourly graph shows absolutely 0%
sky cover this evening through to late tomorrow morning. Tonight will be a
great night for transparency and some moderately deep sky observing from the
Valley.
