Dave, just responded to your response for me at Deep Sky.  In my 
response was a discussion about the latitude difference between Orlando 
and Phoenix, they are 28.538 and 33.5 degrees north, respectively.  
Could this be the source of the drift.  Otherwise, as Jeff H. pointed 
out check with Steve Dodder at the URL given.

Although this message has more information it isn't clear when the drift 
started - Orlando or Phoenix.
