[sac-forum] Club information sheet, draft 2

The information sheet posted to my website yesterday has been updated
to incorporate corrections and suggestions from several people. I've
also rewritten a few portions which were awkwardly worded, perhaps even
for the better. To spare you from the need to re-read the entire
document, a summary of changes is listed below.
Jack Jones suggested that we should make these available outside of
our meetings. I disagree only because there is a complete lack of
information pertaining to finding Room 105 and adding directions and a
map would probable be too much. I'm not averse to the idea of extracting
some information from this sheet and creating a brochure, or updating
the existing brochure, however this is not a task I am likely to
complete this week and certainly not today.
Jack also suggested adding generic email addresses for the club
officers. While I like that idea, I don't know what those addresses are
nor how many work correctly. Maintaining my strategy of directing people
to the newsletter and website, I've added a Contact Information section
at the end, but only to provide a pointer.

- Reduced body font by one point to accommodate other changes.
- Added revision information to the end of the document.
