I agree, Jack.  Like most volunteer organizations, 20% of the people do 80%
of the work. I'd like to nudge that upwards towards 40% / 60% this year. I
will be asking several folks this year to accept "presidential appointments"
to fill positions I think will be good for the club going forward.  If you
are one that I contact, please don't give me an EP box full of excuses. Just
belly up and do it. For your club.  For your astronomy. And for your sanity.
