Dr. Schultz, The intent of my message was to present possibilities and to get a clarification of what you meant by visiting an observatory. However, I believe my message could easily be misinterpreted, so let me add to it. I do not know how receptive Gary Frey would be to visitors, and he is not part of this list. I cannot speak for him. I have no connections with Lowell, and so such a visit would probably be a normal public tour. As for myself, I could not personally do this unless one or two other individuals on this list were also involved.
