We need to set the 2020 Calendar immediately.  Voting on the 2020 calendar at 
our next meeting, the Christmas party, would not allow me sufficient time to 
arrange for guest speakers for January.  GCU also needs to know our meeting 
dates by the first week of January.
I have attached a PDF files of a proposed calendar for 2020.  I highlighted the 
meeting dates.  Dates highlighted in red are officers meetings.  Full moon 
dates are underlined.  I placed the meetings close to the full moon.  We would 
meet on the first or second Friday of the month.  There are no conflicts with 
the EVAC schedule.

I can extend invitations for January and February now If those dates are 
acceptable.  I would like a “Yes” or “No” vote on these date.  We can confirm 
the rest of the calendar to the club during our Christmas party for a vote.

Any recommendations or thoughts are welcome.
