I have a Postscript file of the logo which is scalable to almost any size
(I have not used it at greater than 8" in diameter, so I'm not sure of its
correctness in normally unseen corners). This file is used in SAC's
constitution (http://www.cybertrails.com/~dickson/sac.constitution.pdf).
The problem with the newsletter's logo is that Rick's software can't
handle vector graphics, so non-photo images appear pixelated.
