[sac-board] 2003 Renewal Standings

At least two people asked me how the renewals stood as compared with last
year. As of the last meeting (a few hours ago) we are about 6 weeks ahead
of last year.
At this point we have 25 individual members and 5 family members for 2003,
which puts us at about the same point as November 30th of last year.
The total membership for 2002 now stands at 110, which puts us at 28%
renewed.
