David,

Noam Chaim-Meyer is clearly a Jewish reference.

I would index it as an alternative name - possibly one or both parents were Jewish, and the boy had his Anglicised name and his Jewish name.

I've passed it on to a Jewish rel for a definitive ruling.

Fellow Indexers,

In this poor quality image is a death notice for a 7 month old child.

Should I enter " Noam Chaim-Meyer" if in fact that is the correct spelling, as a nickname with his name, or with a previous name which seems unlikely for a 7 month old, or ignore the extra name? There is no associated funeral notice to give any clues. Nor is there any entry in Ryerson.
