I know I've said this before, but it bears repeating at this time of year -
there is no difference in Ryerson between a day when the paper was
published and there were no notices, and a day when the paper wasn't
published.
In each case, a NIL day is all that is required.
You don't need to tell me that the paper wasn't published, just
submit a nil day for the missing dates.
