I don't use PressDisplay, so I may be sticking my neck out again. I
have been doing a lot of that recently. In for a penny, in for a pound.
Just for clarity, John's instructions will give you a PDF file
somewhere -- the location is in the "Save As" box. That PDF is what you
need to email, Shirley.
Microsoft has its own "Print to PDF" option, so John must have a reason
for nominating CutePDF.
