Margaret, I surely do, too.
Plus I let John know if I see a year 'complete' but still showing as 12/12,
so he can collapse it to save a little space. Years ago I was told this was
a help.

John every week when you upload the notices to Ryerson I go and check the
newspaper coverage to check on the papers I do. Many times I have found I
have missed uploading some newspapers that I have indexed. It helps me to
keep up to date with my papers. Not sure whether others do this as well.
