Congratulations to everyone – your Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service is
confirmed in this morning’s London Gazette.
If you visit the website just type in “Rural Life Centre” and the page with the
award details and citation will appear in the list. The citation reads as
follows: “Working to educate and inform the public about village life c.1750 to
1970 through the Rural Life Centre.”
Well done and many thanks to all of you for your unstinting work and dedication
without which the museum would not flourish.
