His disappearance was reported to Surrey Police on 20 August and it is believed he may be in the Farnham area. Mr Millard is on medication and it is believed he may be suffering from depression. He is described as white of medium build with short brown hair and approximately 6ft 1 tall. He has a number of tattoos on his arms and legs and in particular a small cross tattoo on his left thumb. Temporary Detective Sergeant Antony Preston, of Surrey Police's Missing Persons unit said: "We are concerned about the well-being of Mr Millard and are urging anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact us as soon as possible. Equally if Mr Millard sees this appeal please get in contact to confirm you are safe and well. Officers are appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision in Farnham to come forward and are specifically asking for the driver of a silver or grey MPV type vehicle, who they believe may have details which could help with the investigation, to contact Surrey Police. The collision between a red Honda motorcycle and a white Peugeot happened just before the Six Bells roundabout on the A325 at around 11.48am on Friday (23 August). The motorcyclist, a man in his fifties, was airlifted to Southampton General Hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition with head and chest injuries.
