MDTSubject: FW: BernCo News Release: National Voter Registration Day at Civic
Plaza
Hello VRA Volunteers,
FYI the Bernalillo County Clerk’s Office will host National Voter Registration
Day. Information is below.
If you would like to stop by and assist Clerk’s Office staff, please find our
Mobile Voting Unit, which will be parked in front of the Convention Center.
Clerk Stover is also having a press conference at 11 a.m. and we would love for
you to be there with her.
A few rules:
1. You do not bring your VR forms if you want to assist us. We will
provide the VR forms to you.
2. Do not wear any political-, campaign-, or group-related attire, i.e.
League of Women Voters, “New Mexicans for Michelle”, “Make America Great
Again,” “Pearce for Governor,” etc.
3. If you are a Clerk’s Volunteer, we will give you a Clerk’s Volunteer
badge and you are representing only the Clerk’s Office.
4. Bring a clipboard. We may run out of our clipboards!
5. Sign in with Leona Martinez at the Mobile Voting Unit. You may stay the
whole time or for a little while. It’s completely up to you.
Thank you all,
Kathy Korte
