Good morning, resisters!
We will continue to make calls re: SCOTUS. Given the conviction of Manafort
last week and then the stunning testimony of Cohen in Court, it is quite given
that Trump is under investigation for some very serious crimes and should not
be allowed to appoint a Justice who will most likely decide whether a sitting
President can be indicted or be forced to comply with a Subpoena. Despite this,
the Republicans have not changed the hearing date (Sept. 4th).
I'm attaching the call sheet. I hope to have a fax sheet completed today for
those who wish to send electronic faxes.
