Dear RSC and hosts for the events coming up in June and July,
Please find the attached:
1.) Draft list of Host duties. Please comment on this list and make adjustments
where you see fit.
2.) Updated Draft of the Schedule and Budget with all Contacts
Note the Travel budget will hopefuly cover the Host, Lead and Shadow Trainers
travel costs.
Any left over $ may be used to spead out to fee's and adjusted in the final
report.
Following will be the Communication Plan.
