I did something similar - dropped about 3 feet to a carpeted floor. The
camera ended up with the same symptoms you described. I sent it to Harry
Fleenor, who diagnosed a film-transport problem and a damaged shutter
mechanism.

I managed to drop my Rollei last week..it sort of rolled out over a bed

to give it a check until last night. I now notice the shutter click sounds
a little 'terse' and in fact doesn't change sound at all over the shutter
settings range. I don't see the aperture/ diaphragm blades open either,
even on 'B'. Aargh...this can't be good. I'll have to send it away no
doubt but I'd love to hear your views on what might be wrong in any case.
