You could ask your optician to make one up for you. Providing you have the
metal holder, they should be able to fit it to that.

These items are difficult to find Dennis, a site has some diopters for the old
prism but not +1, I suggest you could write to F&H directly, they service the
FX and then I guess they have spare parts and could answer your questions:
