A Zeiss-Opton lens will be marked "Zeiss-Opton". A Carl Zeiss lens will be
marked "Carl Zeiss". A lens from Jena will be marked "Carl Zeiss Jena" or
"aus Jena" or "C.Z.J." or the like. A lens simply marked "Zeiss" is most
probably a forgery.
