[rollei_list] Unsubscribing

Hello All!
Marc J sent out an instruction on how to unsubscribe.
The problem is it doesnt work.
I was subcribing on the digest in the old list. This was however changed to
subscribing on all messages during the move to freelists.
When i try to unsubscribing from freelists it says I am not a member of that
list.
Any suggestions on to move back to the daily digest mode????
