Beautiful Carlos! I've long been a fan of full-strength Microdol-X. I still have two gallons and a 5-pack of Tri-X 320 220 format. This combination hits the sweet spot in medium format for a smooth rich image with minimal grain. Similarly in 35mm I liked Panatomic-X developed in full-strength Microdol-X. I say fie to those who say "what about the loss of acutance?". It's the smoothness, knave. I'm also a fan of a life surrounded by children and lovely young women. Carlos is my hero! At 62 years of age I'm celebrating the birth of second son on July 1st Allan -----Original Message----- From: rollei_list-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:rollei_list-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of CarlosMFreaza Sent: Friday, July 09, 2010 5:06 PM To: rollei_list@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [rollei_list] TXP220/Schneider Xenotar 2.8/80 This photograph also belongs to the Tri-X ISO 320 220 film roll developed in Microdol-X full strength I took a few weeks ago with the Rolleiflex 2.8C Xenotar, exposure was 1/250 f4: http://www.flickr.com/photos/itarfoto/4777851363/ Carlos --- Rollei List - Post to rollei_list@xxxxxxxxxxxxx - Subscribe at rollei_list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'subscribe' in the subject field OR by logging into www.freelists.org - Unsubscribe at rollei_list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the subject field OR by logging into www.freelists.org - Online, searchable archives are available at //www.freelists.org/archives/rollei_list --- Rollei List - Post to rollei_list@xxxxxxxxxxxxx - Subscribe at rollei_list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'subscribe' in the subject field OR by logging into www.freelists.org - Unsubscribe at rollei_list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the subject field OR by logging into www.freelists.org - Online, searchable archives are available at //www.freelists.org/archives/rollei_list
