Nice photos Ferdi. I prefer the Rollei one, the clouds balance the tree and the
house becomes important. The Fuji shot has a totally different feel. You have
some great photos in your folder, I wish it was sunny in England!

Subject: [rollei_list] Spring in Friesland 2021.
Hello All,
I live in Drachten, Friesland, The Netherlands, a 40000 inh ‘village’. Most
‘towns” around here have less than 1000 inh. About 2 miles from my home I find
a nice farmhouse. I go there for photographing the Spring lowers in the front
yard every year. I want to see a number of elements in the picture. The
farmhouse, the front yard, the Spring flowers, a bit of sunshine striking along
the front gable, a blue sky and some white clouds. It is not all that simple.
The Spring flowers last a week to 10 days. Sunshine around 1 March is not
abundant. I need the sunshine at around 3:30 pm. A blue sky goes with sunshine,
but not always with white clouds.
This year I made another attempt! Spring flowers present, a week of good
weather ahead. It was warm alright but we had three gloomy days to start with,
then two days with sunshine until noon and the sixth day: sunshine all day,
blue sky and white clouds.

Best regards,
Ferdi.
