Some years ago I bought lens blanks from Hadley Chamberlain (http://
www.hecphoto.com/) and had M39 (LTM) threads cut into them by S. K.
Grimes (http://www.skgrimes.com/). Worked nicely with (hard to find)
Novoflex/Schneider 4.5/150 and 4.5/180mm Xenar M39 bellows lenses.
