Hi Emmanuel,
My research comes up with the same results as yours.
The page on the Kickstarter website (look for Rolleiflex) carries a Rollei logo
so it must be backed by Rollei GmbH & Co KG. They have had HK$ 2,008,474 (circa
213,000 Euros) pledged which is "1,004% funded" (if this is not a typo - they
could mean 100.4%).
The mini Rolleiflex was produced in film version, using Minox film, and two
digital versions, 3mp and 5mp. I remember that one, if not all were promoted by
Franke & Heidecke or Rollei Fototechnic which ever was the company operating at
the time. I have a couple of their leaflets in my files somewhere.
I have a film and a 3mp version. The film camera's shutter does not work though
and the digital is 'feeble', both are gimmicks to say the least! They look good
in a display cabinet though.
I assume that Leica and Nikon have given their blessing to the miniature
cameras carrying their names/logos. If you can find the factory website, I seem
to remember they also make Canon and other brand miniatures - I did look at the
time to try to get a replacement shutter for my film version but the Rolleiflex
was not listed on their website so I assume that must have been commissioned
and only sold by Rollei themselves.
John

Rollei's boxy TLR camera rises again as an "Instant
Kamera"<
https://newatlas.com/rolleiflex-instant-kamera/54401/>
newatlas.com
German camera and optics maker Rollei first released its high-end Rolleiflex
medium format twin lens reflex (TLR) cameras in 1927. Numerous models followed
until the last one gave way to single lens reflex cameras in 1960. The brand
has now relaunched the boxy camera on Kickstarter, sacrificing roll ...
Hello all!
I've bee reading silently this newsgroup for months, back to action!
This is another example of licensing the trade name "Rolleiflex" to a
3-rd party company, namely the company fabricating this camera named
"Instantflex TL70"
https://petapixel.com/2015/03/27/instantflex-tl70-is-rolleiflex-twin-lens-reflex-clone-for-instax-instant-photos/
Rollei GmbH & Co KG (formerly: RCP Technik) owns the trademarks
"Rollei" and "Rolleiflex", so they can do whatever they want.

There has been another « Rolleiflex » in the recent past, do you
remember this ... ahem ... gadget?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aGYPDSIQBt8
In 2006, this low-resolution digital gadget existed when I visited F&H
in Braunschweig with Dirk-Roger ... at the time, the honourable
company located 196, Salzdahlumer Str. in Braunschwieg no longer owned
the legendary trademarks ... 12 years ago!
As we say (ironically) in French: "On vit une époque formidable!"
We're living in a great time!
